Point3 Use the cover for protection        in fact, the roast food is not healthy.When the meat directly burning under the high temperature,the fat may decompound and drip on the burning carbon,and it mix with the protein of the meat,can produce a kind of carcinogen named BaP.It may adhere to the food.So,you can choose a portion of food to roast,or try a different way that cover the food with the tinfoil before roasting,which can redure the chance of getting cancer.

Besides,the knife,the fork,and the scissors are the main helpers of the barbecue.When roasting,the friends may chatting happily and forget that the sausage is adust.The adust part has carcinogen and can't be eaten.If you don't want to waste another part of the sausage,you can use the scissors to cut the adust part away.and you can also use it to cut the unwanted part.That's really kill two birds with one stone.

Cover the vegetable with tinfoil before roasting,it's healthy and make the carcinogen less.
