 Point 1 choose the low-fat food                                                                                                                    If want to have some healthy roast food,first,we should know how to choose them. Many people like roast chicken wings,but a whole chicken wing  have 150 calories. When you finished barbecue,at least 4 or 5 chicken wings would be eaten.And it may cause you to get 600 calories,as two big bowls of rice. If you want to have some roast chicken,the chicken slice and the chicken fillet are goog for you to instead of the chicken wings.

For the "first plate" of the roast, the sausage comes into our mind naturally. But don't despise that "guy",a simple chicken sausage may has 90 calories.And the cheese sausage which is popular in recently years has 115 carlories.Actually the sausage has too much calory just because the fat and the harslet inside,and it also have much artificial color,that's truly :"eat less and flavor is not less".If you want to have some "light weight"first plate,you can choose meat balls.Although it has more salt,it will be healthier than the sausage.When you choose the roast food in the shop,the unbaked fish ball and the beef ball are both best choices,and aviod the cuttlefish ball please. Ten of the first two have 100 calories,but ten of the cuttlefish balls may have 150 calories.
